Field Application

Adjustable Flange Lifting Tools may be used in a shop or field setting to improve accuracy of two-hole leveling, simplify the overall process, and reduce safety hazards during the attachment and installation of a flange.

Features/Specifications

Each 1000# Adjustable Flange Lifting Tool is machined out of T-1 and grade 50 steel for maximum durability and features:

• 1” threaded Acme rod for precise alignment.
• 1.5” cam follower to alleviate lifting stress on the threaded Acme rod.
• Reversible ratchet and attachment points.
• Heavy-duty hoist ring.
• Powder-coated finish.

Each 3000# Adjustable Flange Lifting Tool is machined and fabricated out of T-1 and grade 50 steel for maximum durability and features:

• 2” threaded Acme rod for precise alignment.
• 2” cam follower to alleviate lifting stress on the threaded Acme rod.
• Reversible ratchet and attachment points.
• Dual action Acme nuts allowing for precise two-hole leveling.
• Heavy-duty hoist ring.
• Powder-coated finish.

A 7500# Adjustable Flange Lifting Tool is now available.

Lifting tools are rated and load tested to meet ASME B30.20a for below-the-hook lifting devices. Load test certificates provided with each Adjustable Flange Lifting Tool at time of shipment.
